These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the terms and conditions of Freedom Tribe, with a registered address at 4823GK Nieuwkrijtenburg 7, Breda, Nederland. These Terms govern your use of our Services, including our coaching, community platform, or any other related services (collectively, the “Services”). All content, materials, and information provided by us through the Services, including but not limited to course materials, text, graphics, images, and logos, are the property of Freedom Tribe or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

User-Generated Content

By submitting or posting any user-generated content on our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant the licenses described in this section.

Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

There are no subscription fees for accessing our Services.

a) Refund Policy:  We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

b) Cancellations:  Since there is no subscription, no cancellation policies are applicable.

Support

We are committed to providing our members with exceptional support to enhance their experience with our Services. If a member requires assistance or has a support query, they can submit a support ticket through our designated support system. Upon receipt of a support ticket, one of our dedicated staff members will promptly address the inquiry and provide the necessary assistance.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services at any time and for any reason, with or without notice, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Success Stories and Testimonials

Success stories, testimonials, and achievements that you share within the community will only be used for promotional purposes with your prior consent. When using your success stories or testimonials, we will:

a) Use your name, image, and relevant information about your achievements, while ensuring that any private or sensitive information remains confidential.  b) Edit, modify, or create derivative works from your success stories or testimonials, as long as the changes do not materially alter the original content or context.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Breda, Netherlands, to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms or your use of the Services.

Severability
